Ah, Beloveds,
Many say to us that they have trouble emptying their busy-busy minds enough to hear that small, still Voice of the Divine Guidance.
To those, we say, remember that reading aloud to yourself very slowly from a favorite old story or fairy tale, or from the scripture you were raised with, or from a treasured poem or the words to a beloved song, will serve the purpose of slowing the thought circles enough to allow the Inner Truth to speak to you. You may find yourself reading the same sentence over and over again, or find that one particular word, or parts of several words, seem to form a new pattern to your understanding, or that they set off an inspiring train of thought.
Those shifts are the High Guidance of the Light reaching out to speak to you, with special messages for your uniqueness. Savor them, and know that if they feel filled with calm and peace, they are truly of the Light, and of the Goodness that carries All. Welcome those lovely patterns and revelations, and let every joyous thought carry you to the Joy of the Truths that are God, and are you, and are All.
The Truth is all around you, waiting to fill you,

Even when your day or conversations or old letters have immersed you in sweet memories, still remember that you must re-center yourself in the moment and power of now. Whether good or ill, the illusions of material life are still illusions, and you must remind yourself that all true power is in the spiritual Source of all.
Therefore, this night also, set aside the reminiscing, and remember, “I and my Source are one, right here, right now.”
Be grateful to all that have played heroes and villains in your play,

Ah, Child,
Each of the Truths that you are, in the Mind of God, will serve you.
Some days, you will need to hold in your sense of self all day, “I am the substance of the Serenity of God.”
Other days you will need to remember that “I am the substance of the Helpfulness of God,” for God created all Its ideas to be helpful to one another.
In some moments, you will need to quickly claim, “I am of the substance of Harmony that is God, and so are all the other drivers around me.”
Let your prayers morph and change throughout the day, Beloved, rather than clinging to one that becomes an empty mantra, or vain repetition. Play with them. Be as the traffic policeman to your own thought prayers, who adjusts his actions to the flow he sees around him. Your prayer for an entire morning may have been, “I am the substance of the Peace that is God.” But if an old memory of a hurt which you caused, or fell prey to, comes, and creates depressing thoughts in your mind, quickly shift your silent prayers into “I am of the substance of Joy that is God.”
Cast your awareness of self into the Infinite Pool that is God, Beloved, and fish out the Truth that you need, to put it on the plate of your mind. Let it be your food, and be filled.

The Joy that fuels you must be renewed each day. Yes, you can temporarily renew it by eating your favorite sandwich, savoring it as you go. You can feel filled with joy for a few hours through some good conversation and fun with friends. You can take joyful satisfaction in a task well completed.
All of these things and more earthly examples work now and then, and do hold components of the expansive Love and Order and Creativity and Beauty, that are the Source and Truth of all, but you must also learn to go directly to that Source.
Love God. Love Love Itself. Fill yourself for a few minutes several times a day with the Joy, Joy, Joy that is the very personality of God. Open to It quietly, ask and receive.
That makes all the difference in experiencing anything and everything with Joy.

When the worldly demands on your energy seem too much or too many, it is more important than ever to put communication and communion with God first and completely Loving. Conscious alignment with God will add to your energy and focus, not deplete it. And the Wisdom of the Divine will assist you in prioritizing and enlightening and enjoying your activities
You KNOW this. Do not let the seeming urgency of the worldly thoughts trick you into letting devotional time slide, or the deep Love of God to leak away into trivial pursuits. You give Grace to yourself and to all when you take time to open completely to the Love of God.

Get very clear on this. There are two things that are your challenge and your battle, in each day. The rest are not YOUR battle.
Your battle is to each day give your free will to the choice, “Do I, this day, choose to live a mean and sad role in this character play, or do I choose to live my happy and giving role?” The Joyous One Spirit writes the parts for all the glad roles, and each day you can choose whether you want to receive and live that script with praise, or whether you want to live the shadowed role, moaning and wailing.
You make that choice, and you make the other choice of willingness to laud the Gladness that springs forth in your heart, even when the circumstances, or the people in the room, seem only painful and sad. Do you choose to bring forth the joy and praise, to be willing to be not afraid, trusting that the Joy you have chosen in your heart is stronger than all seeming sorrow?
Choose Joy or choose sorrow, choose Life or choose deadness of spirit, and then choose whether or not to be witness and speaker for them. That is your daily battle, your daily challenge.
Your battle is NOT to choose for anyone else. Example you may be, and merciful comforter you may be, but only the Divine Writer can offer anyone else a new script, and only the other soul can choose to recieve it. That battle is God’s, Beloved, and in knowing that you can release it to the authority of the All-Divine, you can feel an enormous release and support, standing in the fullness of the Light, even in the middle of a room of shadows.
Choose for yourself each day, Dear One, and choose in each hour to laud the Joy, but leave the rest of the battle to the Spirit to Whom it belongs, being free, yourself, to be happy.

Agree with God.
God has said, and has told you, “I made you very good.”
The Spirit of you, that which you really are, understands that and knows it to be true. So consciously agree with that. Agree with God.
“Papa God, I know you want a good dream for me while I am having a dream of bodies. I know you are right here with me, helping me write and direct a new good dream. Help me See a dream where all is right and good and strong. Help me script Your Dream that is lovely and true, the same for me and the same for You.”
Agree with God, Beloved, that God’s dream for you is happiness, and God’s Will is True.

When there is a worldly task you must do, (such as your tax return, darling), do it Glad.
Do not do it sad, do not do it mad, do it Glad. For in Gladness I am with you.
Call to Me to help, and call to the human gladness you will feel when the task is done. Focus on the gladness of knowing seven plus seven ALWAYS equals fourteen, and that the lines make it clear where the numbers should go. Be glad of the truth that mathematics works the same for everyone and that you know the way it works and you have all the papers and inks and instructions you need to do the task. Being Glad takes you into timelessness and there I Am, with you, helping you and guiding you with Calmness, with Joy, and joining you completely.
And then, darling one, we can even have worldly fun. Be Divinely Glad, and have fine fun as you dip into the tasks that are part of the world of time.

Take great care to program your mind in the morning and before you sleep with a Truth such as “God Loves me”.
The human emotions and thoughts are so very easily touched by the worries of physical conditions that it is important to confirm the Soul and Protection of Divine Thought as the foundation for your dreams of the night and of the day.
Love Loves you. Love makes and maintains you. Now, and tomorrow, Be Love.

The Joyous Flow that is the natural way of ever-continuous Life can be drawn upon at every moment within your current belief in time/space. You do not need to be in a sacred space of a church or a meditation center. You do not need for it to be the Sabbath day or a weekend devoted to a workshop. It Flows always.
The key is that you have to decide to dip into it. You have to decide to allow yourself to feel it. Even when someone else is praying for you or blessing you or feeling grateful to you or thanking you with words or gifts, you have to DECIDE to feel the happiness that is natural for your soul. Decide you want happiness and joy, and allow it to flow. Decide you want to look for the best intentions from others, and you begin to see that intention. Decide you want to be a vehicle for healing, and you will be used thus.
Decide to live with gratitude and faith in the Joyous Flow being available. Then, every moment and every place become sacred space. Shivering on a sidewalk, you can turn to the Comforting Love. Cozy in your own bed, you can turn to Love. While being praised, or while being yelled at, you can turn to Love.
Try it, Beloved. Practice it, Beloved, and Love will hold you steady.

Again, and again, and again, return to focusing very carefully on whatever beauty you can see or sense in this moment, now. The noting, and awareness of, and careful attention to, that bit of life, that bit of beauty, can help slow you down enough, and separate you enough from the ego-mind-set, to truly “Be still, and know that I am God.”
When you are still, and quiet, and listening, in a receptive mode, then the lovely and loving Voice of the Divine can always reach you.

Remember to link you understanding of the Allness of the Divine to your everyday movements and thinking, so that the discernment of the Source of All Good will settle into your consciousness.
As you turn on the heater to warm your feet, think about The Love of God warming your heart. As you refresh your arms and face with cool water from the stream in the heat of day, ask for God-Mind to cool your impatience. As you put your basket into the pile well organized with all the others, be glad of the orderly Wisdom of God ruling you. When you gaze upon the beauty of the horizon, contemplate the Glory of Soul that expands into every life.
Everything the Perfection of The Originator is reflected in the wonderful qualities of movement and existence. Teach yourself to see that. Practice that, so that you are indeed “praying without ceasing”.

Celebrate that Love is always in action, adjusting and convincing and quietly revealing the Goodness that is at the Heart of all.
You may not see the humanly visible Harmony of Love right away, but when you do see glimpses of It, celebrate, celebrate, celebrate. And when you do not see the bodily or behavioral Goodness shining yet in the moment, celebrate your deep understanding that the Law of Love is already at work, and always at work, and each individual, and the world, will see that when ready.
Work on improving your own understanding that God already knows and has accomplished Goodness. When those in the bubble of time come to understand it and see it may vary, but that does not change the fact that Love is Good, and present, and can be turned to and celebrated, all the time. Be one of the ones who knows it now, and celebrates it.

There is nothing which you cannot trust to Divine Love.
Do not blame yourself for your human reactions—whether your learned responses of competition and desire for goods or places, that your culture has taught you, or your instinctual reactions, like a mother bear defending her cubs. Notice your human reactions, but then turn in your heart to the supernatural Divine Power before which earthly forms are just smoke, and give that Divine Power your attention, your permission, and your love. Your love reflects back to you as Love, and freely gives the Care of Its Harmony to you.
All situations, and all people, are subject unto It.

What a joy it is to release care and upkeep of your car to a trusted mechanic. What joy it is to find a good carpenter when the railing of your stairs is broken.
Imagine the intense joy you can feel each day that you release to the Great Director the guidance of your hours and your life. Remember that you cannot see the consequences of each decision, but the Eagle Eye of God can. Once you trust that God wants your happiness and is good, then trusting God guidance in all things is the only thing that makes sense and brings sweet relaxation.

The worldly images that are the dream layered over the Real can be seductive or repulsive or simply neutral, but the steady joy of the Unseen IS truly Real.

In the same way that a child, experiencing nightmares, learns to call for his or her mother, whether the nightmares is about being chased by tigers, or about being lost in the woods, or about being bitten by a spider, so must each human learn to call for Help when in the various manifestations of the dream of earthly life.
Whether your call takes the form of “Oh, Help me God,” or “Help me Christ,” or “Help me Mother Mary,” or “Goddess be with me,” or “Let me breathe into One Mind,” or “What would Buddha do?”, etc.,etc., does not matter. The point is to recognize that all “outward” problems are just different versions of the same dream. Whether the problem you are facing is choice of new career, or how to acquire dinner tonight, or how to smooth your marriage, or how to fix the toilet, or how to let go of the stress of the day, the first choice should be to call for the Omniscience of the Infinite Creator.
That is why learning how to call for, and hear, that Inner Helper is more important than anything else. The illusions of the world will take many forms throughout your lifetime. But all the forms can be answered by turning to Inner Truth, instead of trying to acquire a bigger and bigger bag of tricks to solve every possible problem or success you will ever face.
Learn to stop and listen. Learn to choose quiet resolution. The help that comes may come in the form of a human who lends you a plunger or a towing cable, but it may also come as new ideas or closed doors or unanswered phones, or an Inner whisper that says, “wait, wait, wait, until the time is right, and then go to that town, or take that test, or buy the new provision.” As one ponders the Loving Omnipotence of the Creative Force, the “problem” may dissolve on its own, or the person or idea that can help resolve it may call, or stop by, or manifest in unexpected ways.
Look for the loving appearance of angels in various forms instead of looking at your problems,

Because God IS Life, God gives a living. It is ALL Spiritual, and that is what is so hard for your seemingly physical mind to accept. Play, today, with believing what God’s Words say, “All that I have is yours, for you are my Beloved Child,” instead of believing your own sad or worried or ambitious or hearty thoughts. Be quiet, and believe God.
Can you play this loving game for your Self, today? Can you feel the sweet still beauty of it, the calm joy, and decide to play it for a lifetime?

Beloved, you remember this on some days, or in some moments, but sometimes you forget your True Identity as Offspring of Love and Spirit. You are not a clunky body. You are Light.
From all the sunrises and sunsets you have watched, and the days you have spent watching Light dance in waves and leaves, you know how Light can change swiftly and easily into different forms of Good Beauty. You know you are also Light, shining forth from the Center of Love.
When you forget this, remind yourself. When others forget this, remind them. When you think of them as anything other than Light, remember.

Yes, you do want the body to be a thing that functions smoothly and wonderfully in the earth play, but we assure you that as you work on growing the spiritual understanding of loving smoothly and forgiving wonderfully, the body will follow suit.
Focus on that growth in Grace today, Beloved, and you will find a beautifying smile more often on your face, and an energizing freedom in the body that occupies space.

There is no substitute for affirming that you trust that the Divine Counselor knows better than your human mind and logic, and listening to that Divine Lover, and following the Loving advice.

So much busy-ness around you. So much busy thought in your own mind.
Consider how very glad you are when one of the people you love takes some time to be with you and appreciate you and express affection. Think about how grateful you feel to get to spend time with a lover or relative or friend or old connection from long ago. The communion and exchange with that person make life seem good and real, instead of just a series of tasks and days.
Beloved, multiply that feeling of good humor and love shared, and know that this is how God feels as well. God is so very delighted when you actually take time to spend with Him/Her. God is so very ready and open to extending supreme Love to you when you turn away from your busy thoughts and turn instead to simply being quietly with God.
Slow it down, Beloved. Turn to telling God your love, and feel the absolute Love embracing you in return. It does not need to be in a certain building or within a specific ritual or accompanied by exact words. Whether walking or touching leaves or sitting still with your eyes closed or bouncing a ball in the sport that is a favorite to you, just turn your thoughts to God, and say “I Love You”.
God will hear. God always hears, and is thrilled you are taking time to know your Oneness within the Light of Spirit.
To make this part of every day and hour completely changes your life,

Whatever Grace God gives to another is not taken away from you. Your “share” of God’s Love for the day is not depleted. God is Infinite Source; the bottomless Cup of Good. There is Plenty for all.
So, even if you are not a dedicated religious or worker for the Light in whatever form, who spends most of their time focusing on being a transparency for the Whole Spirit of God to flood the earthly experience with Harmonious Rays of Life, you can take some moments each day to do so. Even a minute spent every day in deep silent communion with God, feeling the Thought of “Bless all of them, and Bless me”, makes more difference than you can possibly imagine.
Be one more window briefly open to the Light and Breath of God each day, Beloved, and it will also raise your level of perception, and of visible Good, extraordinarily.

Remind yourself, today, gently and continuously:
“Goodness is our Shepherd. If we will but pause, and turn, and listen to Its Voice, Goodness will show us the way, for fulfilling all our needs for love, for purpose, for provision, for well-being.”
Turn and listen. Pause and listen. Stop looking at the “lacks” and the “problems”, and turn and look to the Solution. For It is Goodness, and It is Love, and It is right there with you, wanting to serve all your needs.
Trust It with Joy, like a child whose Mother has come home.

When you cry out to God the quick prayer “Help me!”, what do you do then?
Do you wait in submission and quiet and patience and humility? Or do you cast your mind back to the “problem” and/or let your human thoughts be moved to other distractions or self pity or the temptations that might let you pretend you are only a fleshly body?
Wait on the Lord with trust, Beloved. Cast your faith to the Creator of all answer, Beloved.
Tenderly, gratefully, know that you are Loved, and expect Good answer, if you stay focused on faithful receptivity, and an understanding of the All Power that is God-Source.
Waiting overlong for an answer means you are blocking hearing it,

Each individual ascending the mountain of illusions, surrounded by clouds, in order to better glimpse the Truth, that all along the mountain is still within the Landscape of God Consciousness, wanders a different path.
If you and a friend or family member are taking pathways around and around the mountain, or on different side, or wandering here and there seeking an easier way, do not be surprised if you do not humanly see eye to eye for some time. You may catch a glimpse of one another here and there through a break in the clouds, but be not dismayed by separations or distances with kin or acquaintance. Keep your focus on your own task, and deep need, to climb to where you can again understand that you have always been within the Divine Consciousness, and ever will be, and can see beyond the illusions to that Beauty of Infinite Truth and Love.
All come to It, Beloved. Each must take it on. You will meet again in awareness.

If you stand to face an amazing and solid rock surface, and shout forth, so that you may hear your echo, the echo cannot say anything that you yourself have not said.
So is it with the Marvelous Speaking Spirit that is the Divine. You are Its echo. The only true sounds you can send forth are those that repeat the Harmony and Light and Life and Truth that are the very sounds of God. All else is babble, is nothingness, is the wind distorting the echo, or cutting off part of it to make a lie out of the Truth that God wants to hear back from you.

As you walk through whatever days you choose to remain in fleshly costume, whether few or many, walk in Grace. We are deserving of Grace. You are deserving of Grace. All are in Grace.
We know, we know, that as you walk the dreamscapes, it does not always seem thus—that Grace surrounds you and confounds much of what would try to come your way, but we assure you it is so. Call to It, draw upon It. Choose, again and again, to turn to Grace, and let yourself feel the Joy that is due you, naturally, as a Child of Grace Itself.
The tiny extension of the Spirit of you that inhabits, as consciousness, the dusty body shell, has access to Its own Whole. All Knowledge, all Peace, all Joy, all Compassion and Understanding, are right there, connected by that tendril of Awareness, to the Whole of you, ready for downloading.
But as we have said so many times, the downloading must be chosen, asked for, and then quietly received. Ask, Beloved, ask. Choose and ask.
We ask that you receive Our Love with Grace. It is Unconditional.

When you are pondering the Wonderfulness of the Source, in order to feel healed and centered and uplifted and inspired and fulfilled, do not worry about time and words.
It is not that your prayer time must last a certain number of minutes, or contain specific words laid out in a certain way. It is the willingness of your mind and the openness of your heart, and the focus on yourself as a part of that Divine Whole, that does the work of truly enabling the marvelous flow of Living Love.
Like holding a cup under a waterfall in a beautiful glade, you will know when you are filled with Spirit, without looking at the clock, or at the number of pages turned in a book you might be using to help focus.
Close your eyes, and appreciate, appreciate, appreciate the warm Glory of the Divine.

The Presence Holds you. The Presence Holds all.
There is no thing that cannot melt away because it is not a real part of the Presence, there is no Goodness that is not reinforced by It.
The Presence Holds all. Just let It work.

We understand that it may seem counter-intuitive to let go of the attachment to the thought of being a physical body, in order to have the body function more smoothly, but we assure you it is true. Spirit, and Thought formed in Spirit, can have your body and circumstances functioning in an orderly and wonderful way.
What do you have to lose by trying this way of thinking? Nothing. For this day, think about your sense of Self as a walking thing expressing Love and Enjoyment. Concentrate on your sense of Self that feels no age or limits. Many of you feel this already in some of your night dreams, where you feel/seem “younger” or more fit. Play with that feeling, and walk through your day letting yourself know the feeling of being ruled by your High Self that is a Peaceful, timeless expression of being exactly where you need to be.

There is never an inappropriate time to commune with God. Whether in the midst of errands, or as you are cornered by a conversational boor, you can turn to full transport in Consciousness, and ask and feel certain of receiving, “Heal me, O’ God, fill me with the wonder of life and the strength of compassion and the completeness of Knowing I am as You and one with You.”
With practice and time, this or a similar thought, will be the constant undercurrent in your mind, bubbling up to the surface like a refreshing spring of the water of Life, whenever you, or one near you, has need of It Truth.

Yes, we know that you know to Love God/Oneness/Love above all else. We know that you know to Love your neighbor as you Love yourself.
But let us re-phrase those words for this morning, and to use every day. Realize that God IS completely Loving and Giving and Creative and wants your happiness to shine. Realize that God wants you to also create Love and Life and Happiness in your earthly element.
Now, realize that you can create Happiness. You can realize that you are made of the same Life and Love that One God is made of, and that you must Love yourself and feel Joy in order to Love others as you Love yourself. Love yourself first, after God, and fill the ray of Light and Love that is your soul with images of happiness and success and fulfillment. BLESS your Self. Bless your Self, for the fact that you are part of One Love gives you that ability. Bless your Self. BLESS your Self. Each morning, and throughout the day, Picture the Light that is your mind and body and life being filled with the Good Blessings that are your substance.
And expect them to manifest, because God’s Creative Power, God’s anointing, was given unto you. Bless God, Bless your Self. Bless your Self as God has Blessed you.
THEN Bless your neighbors and your family and your friends and strangers and events and situations. Fill your Self with the Blessings that flow endlessly from God, and THEN Bless all around you.
Beloved, it does not take away from how much you can give others to Bless yourself with Joyous feelings and purpose first. Since the God which endlessly thinks of you is Infinite, there is no “running out” of Divine Love. Draw on It, draw on It, draw on It. Ponder Its Infinite and unending generosity of Giving you Love and Life, and fill yourself with It. Then let that Love and Life flow out to all around you in the earthly perception, as the earthly perception. It is Love turned into everyday reality.

There is a certainty that comes, after one has had enough of the peak moments of glimpsing the Truth of the Oneness of Being. This Certainty is what properly prepares one for helping others turn to the Healing Power of the Source, and to absolutely know that ones own needs will be covered by the seamless, lovely weave of Light that is the Source.
When the first witnessing of a “miracle” occurs, or the occasional extraordinary moment is experienced, doubt, or the pervasive flood of human thought and error come right afterward to take away the feeling of enlightenment and empowerment. The repetition of hearing about, and the daily experiencing of the living presence of Oneness does the convincing, and then complete belief is born, and cannot be unborn.
Allow the full birth, Beloved. Allow your absolute conviction to be so strong that you can stand firm in it when those around you question or doubt, or plea. Stand firm, and point to the Source, like a mother pointing to the sun when her child is pointing to the ripples of light on the water and asking where they come from.

If picturing and trusting the Oneness of being is too amorphous for you in a strained circumstance, do not hesitate to call out, silently, or by actual communication, with another human that you know would stand with you in prayer. It works because the God-essence has granted authority for it to work. Trust God/Goodness/Spirit, and trust Its delegated Grace.

Remember that believing in the Unseen, more than in the seen, is a crucial part of being your Divine Self. And, believing in the Unseen for those around you who seem completely trapped in the visible realm is an important part of honing your own vision of the Unseen.
It is your own willingness to see God’s true intention that is crucial, Beloved. The more you focus on seeing the God in everyone, the more you will see It. Whether or not all of those around you believe that they are expressions of the Divine is not important. Some of the most amazing “miracles”, or “revelations of God’s Truth”, to describe it in another way, happen to those who are not aware of having any faith at all, and to many who do not admit that there is any Unseen Reality.
Look away from the evidence of the senses, Beloved. Listen not to those who would show you smoke for reality. Look to the Divine Reality, and listen to the Divine Voice, and remember, above all, It is already accomplished. You only seem to be in time, where things are not yet done.
What God has already accomplished, no one can really undo. And the Divine You, and the Divine Everyone, already Is.

Even as you have learned to discern when a friend has offered to you what he or she truly wishes for his or herself, so learn to discern when your heart’s voice is offering to God that which your human heart wills, and when it is freely offering that which God Wills.
Be not dismayed at how often the human heart tries to trick and dissuade you from your true path, and be not afraid, for your All-Seeing Helper is with you all the time, and if you but ask It, you will receive that moment of sweet calm and peace that affirms when you are on the true way.
Even as the Voice speaks accurate reference for you to follow, as well as new word to guide you, so will It give you those nudges and “accidents” that guide you at all the most crucial turns and changes. Be at peace, and follow, indeed, all Its ways, to your Joy.

God only understands the giving, and seeing of, Good, and does not know what game you are playing when you seek errors and bitter woe. To remain in Joy, it is crucial to “pray without ceasing”—to constantly contemplate the Qualities of the Divine within which you live. The spiritual body that you ARE, in Truth, is made of those Qualities. They are Harmony, Love, Peace, Infinite Life, and Intelligence and Deep Calm Soul, among others.
Think about them. Become the revelation of them, as you see the dusty reflection of your thought of yourself as a body fall away. Reflect purely those Qualities, and SEEK, as in a delightful game, the Qualities of the Divine in everyone around you. They are as you. They are you, just the same Qualities arranged in different ways, as flowers are arranged in different bouquets.

The power of the Source flows through you only for purposes of Loving healing, never for revenge or satisfaction of what humans think of as justice. Be very tenderly careful to always check with Guiding Spirit within before opening the “tap” of that Source in your wishes and heart.
Part of what you are asking about, when you check with Source, is where, when, and with whom you should speak or even pray for. Some are simply not ready for the full power of Loving Source to be seen or felt. Just as you would not give startling news about a loved one to someone who was gingerly stepping along a ledge, sometimes you cannot demonstrate the power of the Loving Source to someone who is on an emotional cliff. Wait for the Guidance of God, and obey, obey, obey what you so very carefully listen for.

It is a marriage of Oneness, for you cannot be separate from Me any more than a reflection in the looking glass can be separate from the Original that stands before it.

Omnipresent really does mean “always with you”, not as a judge and an evaluator, but as an example, as a gift, as a blueprint of the Love that you are made of.

Think on what the parts and aspects of life symbolize, when seeking to re-find balance in your body and affairs. Relate them to the Qualities of Spirit-Source and Strength that they would draw forth, and be re-dressed by.
Do your teeth trouble you? Do not think about physical teeth, then, but about whether you put the bite of your Inner Divine Mind into things that are Good and True and WORTH chewing upon.
Does your non-ability to be open and lovingly and positively honest with those about you leave you feeling alone? Then look to the Oneness of being, and ponder that all communication within Oneness is complete already, and that everything known to One is already known to all, in the Deep Silence of being still and knowing you are part of that One. Consider whether you are lovingly honest and open with yourself. Are you wishing to say to another that which you would truly ask yourself, and are you willing to hear the answer? Realize how well and easily others answer when you sincerely compliment them, or praise their gifts and talents and positive endurances and gestures and qualities. Can you find those things in yourself to compliment, and thus feel Qualified to offer them to the world, and to other hearts? What you offer forth is attracted back to you. Can you prove this for yourself by practicing it for a day?
These are only two brief examples. We assure you that if you consider what needs “healing” in your body-costume, or your life, you can smooth it with Harmony by sitting quietly and letting Spirit of God within explain to you the balancing Quality that could fill your mind/Mind, and therefore, your life.
Query your own “worry” or preoccupation, and then listen, listen, listen for Sacred Song that answers.

A thousand times a day you have the discipline to follow rules of the physical world and of the rules of polite society. You make time to brush your hair or your teeth. You smile and nod and say please and thank-you. You feed the pet, you spend time washing a car, you water the plant, you make room on the seat for a friend.
Beloved, if you have the will power to do all these things, then you also have the ability to discipline yourself to take a few minutes for communing with Oneness before you arise. You DO have the power over self to find a few minutes before you sleep to review the day, to review your heart, and to reach out to God/Goddess to love and Be Loved.
We know It Is in you. Do you? What is stopping you from spending some disciplined time with the most rewarding relationship you will ever have?

Yes, you will still help let the Love that is Source of all shine for dimmed eyes, when you have set aside the body-costume. And you will do that when you choose.
But, Beloved, even though the Light of Love trumps all error, there are those who are simply not ready to lift their eyes to see that Light. It is those that still need a human-body voice that can suggest Truth be listened to. It is those that still need to see a human smile in a sea of frowns. It is those who still feel the Presence of Love most clearly when given a touch of one fingertip by an awakened one.
Ponder this. Discuss it with God each day. Of all the alternate routes, the Quiet Vast Voice will always help you choose the Best Way.

Turn to God first, Beloved. Trust in God only, and always. Think about the pure Goodness of the Source/God/Origin of All things.
Ponder that Goodness often enough that you begin to feel it as a Warmth in your heart understanding.

Here I am, and here is “——-”, and we are both but good reflections of the Utter Goodness of the First Thing that ever came to Be.
And let yourself sink into the soft warmth of the feeling of Goodness, and let yourself wait for, and see, that Goodness turn into something you can see.
Many times, as simple an approach as this, to resolution of an annoying habit or itchy body, will demonstrate amazing results right away. Practice going into the realm of Good-Feeling, God-Presence, for such is where all good dreams form.

It WILL still use you, for once you have given It permission to do so, that permission cannot be taken back.

Pay attention to the Light in all things and feelings and circumstances, for only the Light has the Power to make anything grow.

We know that by now, you know when you are feeling the nudge from Divine Spirit to say something comforting or uplifting to another. We know that you have experienced being sent into places and situations where it became clear that Spirit needed you to act as peacemaker or as silent loving witness, even though you thought you had gone there for another reason.
Part of the wonderful mercy of God is that Omniscience is able to discern who is centered enough in Spirit and Love to be used to help another who has temporarily lost his or her awareness of Goodness and Grace.
Today, again, give permission to God to use you to help another. It may be one simple word you speak. It may be a tender hand on the shoulder. It may be a coin or a plate of food. It might be a silent prayer sent on angel wings. It may be anything that reminds the other that Good exists, and chaos does not win.
God is all. Chaos does not win. God, Good, is All.

God’s Voice is always present, within the Soul-heart of you, and always ready and willing to speak to you. Spend a little time each morning assuring God you want to hear that Loving Voice. And then, throughout the day, pause to listen. When worldly obligations are not pressing, be so glad of a quiet moment to listen to God and be held in Love.
Take each chance that you can to tune to the heart and hear Divine Life’s reassurances.
Before you check your “electronic mail”, check your God-mail. Use those quiet moments to do so.
O”, Beloved, with practice you will find that you can hear God’s Voice always, even while fulfilling your duties and obligations and pursuing your earthly dreams. And that, in fact, God can help guide your dreams in the best way and help make them come true.
Dream of Harmony. Dream of Inspired Joy and Serene Mind, and allow those dreams to come. God wants them, so your heart really wants them, too.

Choosing to see Harmony is about willingness to see Harmony. Many humans have bought into the thought that speaking about the awfulness of the world, and endlessly discussing it, is realism and is wisdom and is righteous. But does it not take even more courage and righteousness to discuss Harmony and seek to see It and enact It?
Be honest with yourself. Are you outraged by worldly injustice because it makes for a feeling of self-importance and justification or your own human views? Do you have the courageous humility to be a seeker of peace, and an example of peace and love? Do you have the wisdom to be a giver of forgiveness, sharing the Spirit of Love as It wells up within your heart?
Truly, with a world made up of the projections of the feelings and thoughts of so many, the more that think and project tender Harmony, the better.

Take steady time with your prayers. Do not hurry them. Use calm steady focus to truly enter into a Consciousness of the Presence of God/Spirit, leaving behind thoughts of bodily needs or human pains or pleasures. Know yourself to be still abiding in the Divine, knowing and known.
Be patient and be aware that even if you feel an immediate sense of reassurance, or answer, or wisdom, from God, you must gracefully allow for God’s timing. Harmony sometimes manifests in the human scene right away, but there are times that people and events swirl into alignment with Good at a slower pace. Rest in trust. Wrap yourself in ever-present Grace and Loving forgiveness.
Do not hurry your prayers, but be quick with your praise of God, and confidence of God.

Positivism. Take it on as a belief that can merge with whatever religion or creed is working for you now. To believe above all that the One universe of which we are a part, by whatever name you choose to call that Oneness, is a positive force that supports harmony, love, and abundance.
Believe that since you are a part of Oneness, you too can partake of that harmony, and love, and abundance. It is true, for it is within you to focus on positive thoughts, and the joy that fuels those thoughts, to make them a part of your experience in this life. Think positively, speak positively, feel positive that you are meant to create and partake in this existence in a way that is in harmony with the loving nature of Oneness.
Positivism. Practice it for the next hour, for yourself, as you go about your day. Set aside all un-positive thoughts and feelings as they come your way. Set aside, for this hour, the urge to watch or listen to any un-positive news or stories. Set the mood of your hour to positive and keep it there.
If you wish to focus on a thought for that hour, let it be a positive dream you have, or let it be a healing thought for someone that you know. Keep it positive. If negative thoughts intrude, tell yourself you will set them aside for now. Then, bring in that positive dream again.
Positivism for an hour. Perhaps positivism, then, for an afternoon or a night. Keep your thoughts and feelings positive for a full day or a full week, just to give it a chance. Be your own judge of this experiment.
How do you feel, and what is happening in your life, after embracing this attitude for a day or a week? Remember that the positive nature of the Divine Oneness is your foundation and your Source. Reach to that Source, if your own barrel of Positive Attitude runs low—the One Source is always full.
You are a living part of that positively loving Oneness.

The intricacies of others” lives may be interestingly and inspiring and curious, but never compare their purposes and earthly missions with your own, unless it is to appreciate how they shine with the Love that is All. For the purpose of ALL individuals IS to shine with Love and Life and Goodness. The details of the earthly enactment will vary, vary, vary.
What never varies is Good, God. Within each day and at the end of each day, the only real question you must answer from God/Inner Heart, is “How much did I Love? How well did I Love?”
If you ask and listen, God will tell you. And God will gently guide you and unfold to you ways to reveal the True You, the Loving you, the perceptive you that is truly the Child of the Loving Mind, in Harmony with all. This is God’s Law of adjustment, always in action.
However long it takes you to learn this Law, and choose to live by it, and learn to live by it and love it, it is the Truth. Learn gently and sweetly, and be free to Love, Love, Love, dear one.
God knows you to be perfectly you, and happy. God wants you to be perfectly happy being the sweet authentic reflection of Itself that IS you.

We assure you of this: If a person has entered your field of consciousness, you can help One Spirit uplift that person in some way. Your task in relationship to that other human may be as simple as a smile, or an act of roadway courtesy, or a gesture of friendship shared. It may be a quick and simple prayer, like blessing someone when he sneezes, or it may be an earnest and extended vigil for health and peace, but there is always something you can do to be a portal for the work of One Divine Spirit to work for the revelation of All Good in another.
And, we tell you true, that function can be performed even if you are not feeling totally well or blessed yourself. To feel completely well and pure and joyous yourself does help you to be a completely open and clear window for the Light of the Divine, but the Divine can use whatever small opening or slightly hazy mirror it is given, if it is given with the intention of Love. Be the portal, and then stand aside, letting the Wisdom of the Divine work in the way It knows best for that other, unless you get heart instructions to do more.
Be that intention, Love. Be Love, and be God/Goddess/Goodness in action.

If you only look at, and ponder, what the bodily senses can perceive, and try to sort out causes and effects, you are completely missing the Truth that there is One Cause of All.
Whether your culture has named this One Cause this or that, or comes up with generalized labels that try to please all, the Truth remains that there is a Power that is Unseen by human senses. Rather than getting caught up in the labels of It, or the ritual or dogmas that have been devised to study It or acknowledge It, or worship It, just open your heart to feeling It and comprehending It on a level deeper than the body.
For as One Cause made you and contains you, you can continually feel It and absolutely know It, and allow It/you to completely change and open the way you view your life and your existence.
Sink deeply into the awareness of One Cause, and that It is a Loving Cause, and know that Love can only cause Love. Feel Love as your truth, as The Truth, and Love becomes your personal cause as well.
These are words, words, words. Just feel Love as the One Cause.

Everybody has the Qualities of God, just waiting to be revealed. One does not need to wait until casting off the human costume in order to start shining with the Qualities of Goodness and Grace.

There is no need to wonder and wonder whether a “message” in your mind aligns with the Divine Mind of God—if it is accompanied by feelings of Peace and Joy and a sense of weightlessness, it is of God. And, if it is of God-Mind-Thought, it will come again and again, in the same or various ways, so that it becomes clear that God is gently, patiently, waiting for you to act upon it.
You can also be sure that if it aligns with “Love God-Love and Truth above all else, and Love thy neighbor as thyself,” it IS in accordance with One Mind.
Any piercing and repetitive thought that is not of God will be accompanied by a sense of hesitation or pain or worry or sorrow, and you will also find that the way will be rocky—blocked by busy signals and waylaid items, etc. etc. Your own Good and High Self will help you NOT walk the stony path.

Ah, Beloved,
For all who ask that the Divine Mind become their mind, and that the Divine Voice become the voice of their heart, it is to become priest and priestess. It is to realize that you are in the age of accepting the Divine replacements for human mind and will, and letting yourselves become givers of the Divine Truths.
Learn to say “Bless you” instead of “thank-you.” Become the givers and spreaders of Blessing, rather than the supplicants to some far-off god or goddess that you beg to give to you. Let the Divine claim you as already Its own, and work through you to awaken others to their True Reality as children of the ever-present, all encompassing Divine. Be the Presence, rather than appealing to the Presence, for true humility is in completely giving over to letting yourself be instrument, rather than in repeatedly falling back into human will that must again beg to be pulled up. Let your “self” be gone, and be the complete giver of your flesh and mind and feelings to the Divine Mind and Heart and Will, that It may go forth saying, and emanating, “Bless you, Bless you, Bless you.”

Ah, Beloved, there are no acts that are wasted. There are no words that can encompass the Glory of the Whole, but It is all around all of you, embracing your spirits as One Spirit, just the same. No political lines divide Spirit, All is One.

The Mighty Consciousness can and will and did convince those who are trapped in their own thoughts of limits that, truly, the Oneness of Being is unlimited.
Be soothed by the Love of that which is not limited by the seeming laws of time and space, but endearingly Loves, Loves, Loves you. When that Love has helped you and made you Whole, defying the laws of physics as most humans believe them, do not be tempted back to thinking of yourself as a limited and mortal thing.
You are a shining aspect of Infinite Consciousness, and that is cause for celebration and Joy.
Know your innocence in Soul, and let that shine away the shadows,

There is no way to put God first except by putting God first.
For a time, it can seem odious to constantly think about whether what you are thinking and doing and saying is in line with Loving God and God’s Creation, but as it grows natural and automatic to have that constant Inner Friend and dialogue, it truly begins to feel like real Freedom.
Leaning on the Unseen and trusting that It is supporting and Blessing you, as you put It first, becomes like trusting that gravity is still in operation when you put your feet on the floor in the morning, or when you take a step and do not float away, or place your cup on a table and it stays there. Put God first, Beloved, and the Unseen Law of God, of Goodness, can and will and does operate in your consciousness and in your life.
And it operates everywhere, all the time, and even beyond the earthly rule of gravity.
Be and feel Blessed in the Light, for you are.

Ah, Dearly Beloved,
It is not so hard to make a few moments several times a day to stop, and be quiet, and sincerely thank God for Loving you. In fact, it is simple,
There are so many little habits you have formed for bodily care, or media viewing, or interests indulged. Make sure that you thank God as part of your day. Give yourself the gift of this habit.
The thanks you give imply and contain the gratitude for seen and unseen Blessings, the knowledge and trust that God wants your happiness, and the understanding that God has the ability to give Good, and the expectation that your share of the Infinite Good is available to you.
It IS simple. “Dear God, Who hears me always, thank-you in advance for the Blessings of today, for me and for all. Thank-you for Loving us all.”

Ah, Beloved,
Yes, it takes willingness and effort to give up all grievances. Yes, it takes learning control of the human mind and thoughts, to set aside those complaints and criticisms of the surface roiling of humanity’s behaviors. Yes, there is Divine Assistance in doing all of this, if you but open to It and ask.
And the payback, darling one, is to feel the delicious embrace of the Kingdom of Heaven in your thoughts and experience. The payback is full trust in the Truth that all things truly are possible to God, if you but set aside your human plans and welcome the Way of God’s unfolding of your happiness.
Release the judgements of yourself and others, no matter how dear you hold them, and turn to God with complete trust and welcome, and allow yourself to be delighted, dear one.
Allow yourself to be delighted, for that delights Us, too.

Love is your heritage.
Not the body. Not the genes. Not “physical” objects of any kind.
Love is your heritage. Sign your ACCEPTANCE of this. Then, like a house that you had inherited and just signed the title acceptance of, explore it. Explore Love, Child. Explore It, and live within It, and enjoy, enjoy, enjoy your rightfully inherited Home.

Ah, Beloved,
This time that you seem to exist within is not a part of the Timeless Divine. The natural expansiveness of the Love that is God, contains all, and WILL eventually, within the bubble of time, Light up and Awaken every lost child of Itself.
Therefore, Beloved, you cannot expect ANY to be condemned. All of Its reflective selves that It has created, the Divine Loves, and always will Love. When you are faced with the “flaws” of another, and the “flaws” of yourself, remember that you are both the Beloved reflections of the Divine Essence that is Love. It will not forsake you, and It will not forsake the other person. It is not for you to wonder or ask how the Divine could so purely Love one who seems to hurt you, or hurt others. Leave the alignment to God, and work on your own purity of focus—Love God, focus on the aspects of the nature of God, and believe in Goodness. We know that it can be difficult when you are faced with seeming evil in the earth drama, or illness or betrayal in the human play, but we urge you to close your eyes to those Halloween costumes and accoutrements, and to See, See, See the delightful Love of the Maker, formed into a beautiful set of Soul-facets, and be Glad.
To wait upon, or ask for, condemnation of another is to condemn yourself. Each one caught in the web of the drama of earth will work out his or her own schooling of spirit, as guided by the wonderful Spirit Who has been assigned the job of awakening all. YOUR task is to let YOURSELF be schooled, purging from yourself all unforgiveness, all selfishness, and all unlove. As you bless others, so will you be blessed by all the Divine Love and Calm Peace and Fulfillment that is rightfully and generously yours, given by Grace from the Divine.

There is truth in the thoughts you think about others. It is often thoughts you also think about yourself. Be careful and observant today. If you are thinking many critical thoughts about others, examine whether you see the same low behavior in your own actions sometimes. If you are admiring someone’s creativity, evaluate whether you also have been, and could be more, creative. And so on.
The qualities you notice can be instructive about what you want to nurture and grow in your own human behaviors, and what you would like to refrain from. Be a friend to yourself, and observe today.
Then, you can ask the divine Source of you to help strengthen and grow the Good Qualities and tendencies, and for the Grace and Blessing to reduce or eliminate the sad or erroneous.
And, Child, using those around you as mirror of the self will deepen the well of compassion in you, for you will remember how easy it is to fall into dusty ways.

Having tasted and seen what all appears as when you are seeing it through the eyes of Love, is it not time to admit to yourself that you want to be looking through Love all the time?
So, choose to do so. Endeavor to stay in constant listening and communing mode, letting Love guide you and give to you and express Itself as you and your actions and your words and your life. Each time you forget, you can choose again, knowing you are supported by Love in this effort, for that effort is aligned with what Love designed you to be.
When worldly aims or fear or anger or simple fatigue would seduce you into looking with human sight, choose again. Close your eyes, ask for strength and faith, and choose Love again. The rewards of Love are immeasurable.
Contemplate the resources of Infinity, and draw upon them,

Ah, Beloved,
When you know that Divine Voice has given you an instruction, or at least the first step of a plan to help the expansion of Love, because you feel a deep Peace in your heart, then trust that the Soul Source will give you the strength and wisdom and courage you need along the way of enactment. Like a fighter pilot having the jet refueled in flight, the workers of Light and Good can rely on the Spirit of All to swirl into place the information, people, and Qualities of the Omnipotent that are needed as God sends them forth, or keeps them in place, so that what Blesses one Blesses All.
Ponder again the Omniscience of your Infinite God, Beloved. And let you trust in that Truth be Infinite and Complete and Constant.
Complete Trust leads to sublime complete Joy.

“Pure Joy is my Father. Pure Love is my Mother.
These combine in my heart to be a Voice that comforts and guides and cares for me. I am sustained by the force of its Presence—held up as a feather is held on the warm summer breeze, with no needs and no plans, just a weightless, lovely journey through the sweet mists of time.”

We have tried to help you understand that the thoughts that you hold, and the words that you believe, do help create your reality. So, when you hear the phrase, “God knows what things you have need of, before you ask”, think of the truth that thoughts are things. Therefore, God knows what Thoughts you have need of, before you ask.
Think Thoughts of Goodness and Grace and Mercy. Think Thoughts of Order and Beauty and Intelligence and Soul and Truth and Love. Think upon the qualities that you want to see demonstrated in your life, and know that those are the Thoughts (things) God knows you need.

Ah, Beloved, once you realize how many errors in perception you have made, and how easy it is to become so lost in the false roles and gambits of earthly sense, and once you have had even a few glimpses of the Spiritual Truth that spiritual sense reveals, then there wells up within you a great desire to help others understand that Truth as well. On a human level, your actions and thoughts may find the explanation of words that is summed up by the phrase, “as I have been forgiven, so shall I forgive others, and as I am loved, so shall I love others,” but the Truth may also find its expression in you and through you in a thousand other ways. Whether the truth comes as just a keen knowledge of the impelling one light that is the very center and beginning of an expansion of visible light, or whether it is glimpsed through a religious paradigm, share it, share it, share it, when the sharing is permitted.
Let yourself be used as an emanation of peace, for that unworldly peace does seek to be seen where it is not seen now, and be sensed where it is not sensed now—not because it does not exist in those times and places, but because human thought and sight has turned from it and tried to pretend it is not there. Once you have the absolute conviction that It Is, be willing to stand firm and affirm it. Be willing to be witness. Be willing to be example. Be willing, for through such willingness does the peace reach every heart.
Let go every last pretense, and peace cannot not show through,

Rise and shine?
Ah, Beloved,
As the older, cherished beliefs fall away, you may feel uncertain at times about what joy there is to be had in staying on watch at the earth mirror. Until the Greater Bliss comes fully into play, and you learn to lean back into it at all times, pay attention to the small joys.
The perfection of a simple flower, the courage and perseverance of an insect climbing a tall, tall tree, and the kiss of the soft breeze are all observations you can share with your Inner Witness. As the very sharing of your self with the Inner Witness becomes more important to you than the thing or observation you are sharing, you will become that vehicle for Bliss, and for awakening others, by letting them feel the presence of that Bliss.
Each day holds endless small joys. Share them, share them, share them, with the One Awareness that never leaves your heart.

You can know, and stay aware of, the Divine Plan to expand Love into all areas and times that seem dark, but only God can oversee all the small steps of that Infinite Complexity.
When Holy Voice whispers to you to do or say something, be content to receive instructions bit by bit. God knows the way and will show the way as needed. Relax into the unfolding of each day, each mission for Spirit. Be glad that human fretting cannot interfere by trying to leap ahead to each phase of atonement.
If you are tempted to try to substitute a human plan for God’s Plan, remind yourself, “I am simply Love, like God. I am simply Love.”

Ah, Beloved,
Believe this, ideas do not go anywhere. If you wake up in the morning and have an idea, it stays right where it was born, in your mind. Yes, you may choose to share your idea with a friend, but then you do not have any less of it—it is still in your mind. Yes, you may have another idea that is born from the first one, but then they are both still in your mind. Yes, you may use your idea to fix your breakfast in a new way, or to paint your wall a new color, but the idea is still in your mind. Once it is there, it is always there, even if other ideas move it away from the forefront of your consciousness.
Just so, Beloved, the idea of you never left the Divine. Think about it. In the Divine, the idea of you was born, and, in the Divine, the idea of you always is. And there, in that Life, you always are.

Ah, Beloved,
We know it cannot be a full day of complete human silence for you, but it can be a day when you try to limit how much you speak. Let it be a day when you again focus on careful sweet listening to the Divine Inner Voice.
Instead of “thinking twice before you speak”, think ten times before you speak.
Not only will that give God Spirit a longer pause within which to guide you in exactly what to say, but it will give you a vacation from the chatter that does not satisfy.

Do not trudge through the dream layer of earth experience, Child. Do not even just stroll or walk through it. Dance, Beloved Child of God. Acknowledge all others as Children of God learning to dance just as you are, and listen for yourself for the Song of the Divine music in your mind and heart, and dance, dance, dance, accepting each Divine instruction to live Lovingly and smoothly, and all will feel just right.
This is your right as Child of God, and if you dance with acceptance of God’s Love, it will also be your Joy.
Be aware of the Inner Song keenly now,

Ah, Beloved,
You are an idea in the Mind of God. As swiftly as you can think of a piece of pie, and then think of adding to the thought of it a thought of drizzle of caramel or of ice cream, so can God swiftly place other ideas near you and with you. Those ideas can be creative inspirations. Those ideas can be other people or a change in weather or attitude or appetite.
Allow the changes, Beloved. Allow the new. Be willing to say good bye to the old, and allow all new Good.

We are certain of you. We know that your essential Self has never left the Mind Of God, and never has and never will. Think about that. Think only about that, knowing that your constant connection with the One Mind keeps you sane and smart and whole, if you let yourself stay focused on all that It flows to you, a part of Itself.
